  • Account & HR Executive / Senior Account & HR Executive – Full Set

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Manage internal company transactions, deposit, prepayment, accruals, loan and fixed asset records.
  • Monitor petty cash, supplier invoices, and expense claims.
  • Handle staff onboarding and exit and monthly Payroll Preparation for all staffs.
  • Ensure timely preparation of statutory submissions & payment (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, etc.).
  • Handle SST submission & payment.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure accurate entry to the accounting system.
  • Manage Administrative jobs, maintain proper and up to date record.
  • Assist Finance Manager in day to day operation, budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing activities.
  • Able to take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to converse in mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients will be added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience handling a full set of accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of SST and E-Invoice regulations.
  • Required Skill(s): SQL Accounting, Time-Tec HR, MS Office.
  • Strong persuasive, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Possesses strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) ability.
  • Patience and resilience.
  • Analytical thinker, multitask and problem solver.
  • Able to work independently and manage tight reporting timelines.
