Purpose of Role:
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction by managing service calls, dispatching technicians efficiently, and ensuring timely service and parts delivery.
- Deliver Clear Communication with professional respond to customer calls, emails, and cross team inquiries.
- Keep Accurate Records Organized by maintaining call logs, service tickets, and client data for smooth operations.
- Support Meter & Document Management by internal meter collection and verify meter readings, manage physical reports, and prepare documents for billing and review.
- Activities Reporting with daily closing report submission, monthly performance summaries, and assist with ad-hoc reports for managements business decision.
- Promote Team Engagement by helping to create a positive work environment through team activities, events, recognition program and open communication.
- Drive Improvement by analyzing feedback from customers and technicians to enhance service quality and team performance.
Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Administration, Business, Communication or IT field.
- More than 2 years in experience in service coordination, admin, or technical support is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
- Team player with positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
